Who Gives A Fish Forums

I'm trying to figure out the name of this fish I saw. It was pretty small, about 1-2 inches long, and it was bright yellow with 3 black dots on its back. The belly was silver/white, which is why I'm thinking something like "silver belly" might be in the name. Does anyone know what it's called?
