can feeder shrimp thrive in my marine tank

same as above really, my local fish store sells feeder shrimp, and from what i've heard they're mostly saltwater species, so would it be alright to put them in my marine tank, and how would they get on with my cleaner shrimp

if this is true then what's their food source, will they compete with my cleaner shrimp for food

They're probably glass or ghost shrimp. If so, your lionfish might find them a tasty snack.

Don't think they'd thrive in a full marine tank, got a hunch they'd do better in brackish conditions.

I've had river shrimp thrive in full marine for months, they're actually a great snack for my fish and some always manage to escape into my overflow, where they seem to live just fine.
