Wishing you all a great Christmas. Planning to unwind with my current fish on Christmas Day. What's on your agenda with your fish?

Wishing you and your loved ones a wonderful Christmas, eleNt. My Christmas plans are pretty exciting - I'm whipping up a batch of my famous cinnamon rolls, and then I'm off to my sister's place for a delicious Christmas brunch. We're talking sausage, egg, and cheese casserole, grits, and biscuits - the works.

Later, when I get back home, I've got a special treat in store for my finned friends - some tasty blood worms that match the festive Christmas color scheme. And don't worry, I've already covered the green theme by adding a slice of cucumber to their tank.

Christmas is going to be chaotic with the extended family descending for a feast. I'll be elbow-deep in peeling potatoes and carrots, and no doubt overindulging in the festivities. Meanwhile, my finned friends will be enjoying their own little soiree, munching on brine shrimp in the comfort of their own space.

Legend has it that come midnight, the fish gather for their own private bash. Apparently, they converse in hushed tones, inaudible to the human ear. It's a fish-only affair, where they exchange compliments on their stylish headgear – "Hey, nice lid, Cichlid!" If they get a bit too rowdy, they trade playful jabs. They even break into song, warbling their own fishy tunes – "go-ra-mi-fasciolatus oh" – and generally revel in their day off from the usual aquatic routine.

It seems graye's already caught the festive vibe, doesn't it.

I'll keep things simple on Christmas Day, just feeding my fish and giving them some space.

graye, that was absolutely brilliant. I'm seriously impressed. I just can't get over how hilarious that entire scenario was.

My fish and I will catch the Ravens vs 49ers game, and we'll be snacking big time.

I've got my afternoon covered with some company, but now it's me time. Hanging out on my couch, catching up on some Christmas movies.
