Amazon Swords are my absolute favorite. They're so versatile and hardy. Anyone else have tips for keeping them thriving in a low-tech setup? Mine are in a 20-gallon with sand substrate and moderate lighting.

Yep, Amazon Swords are legit. I've got mine in a 40-gallon with root tabs and they're going nuts. What's your water change routine? I do 25% weekly and they seem to love it.

Mine keep melting, no clue why. Tank's got CO2 and everything. Maybe I'm messing with the light too much?

Root tabs are key for these guys. I use Seachem Flourish tabs and my swords are huge. Also, keep the lighting consistent, around 6-8 hours a day.

I've had mine for a year and they're chill. No CO2, just a basic LED light. They grow slow but steady.

Amazon Swords are such a classic. I've got a pair in my 55-gallon with discus and they're thriving. Soft water seems to work well for them.

Could be the CO2. Swords don't always need it. Try dialing it back and see if they bounce back.

Mine are in a 30-gallon with dirted substrate. They're monsters now, almost too big. Gonna have to trim soon.

I've got one in a 10-gallon betta tank. It's kinda outgrown the space but the betta loves hiding in it.

Amazon Swords are my go-to for filling out the back of a tank. They're so reliable and easy to care for.
