I'm curious to know what's the largest fish you guys think a foot-long snowflake eel can handle, considering the other inhabitants in the tank - we've got a 3-4 inch valentini, a 2-3 inch picasso trigger, and a 3-3.5 inch 6 line wrasse.

Snowflake eels aren't natural fish eaters, their teeth are flat, more suited for crushing crustaceans. They'll go for stuff like crabs, emerald crabs, and ornamental shrimp in your tank.

no worries then, i just had concerns since it gets fed silversides and every now and then it accidentally bites the trigger it's housed with. the trigger's huge so it doesn't get hurt, but a smaller fish might not be so lucky if it gets bitten.

I've had a 2' Snowflake for a while now and I gotta say, it's never shown the slightest interest in my fish. It's definitely capable of taking down a few of them if it wanted to, but so far, no issues whatsoever.
