my 10g is comin along, was gonna do a 26g but didnt have the space in my bedroom so went with the smaller one, gonna do a fowlr setup.
hit up the lfs yesterday and they had some awesome deals, 30 bucks for a kg of lr is insane, but anyway saw this tiny clown goby and it was love at first sight, the little guy had this adorable expression on its face, looked almost too good to be real.
so heres the thing, could i keep two clowns and this little goby in the tank or should i go with one clown, the goby and maybe a firefish, the gobies only get up to 1 1/2 inches max.
will be startin a tank thread soon

I wouldn't get any clowns in a 10g, to be honest. I know some folks say a pair might be fine, but I think that's pushing it. Most people say no or maybe one, and I'm inclined to agree.

If I were you, I'd go for a goby pair - they're small, cute, and seem like a great fit for your tank. You could also add another small, slow-swimming fish to keep them company. I'm not familiar with firtideflow, but it might work out.

How about a clown goby, and a firtideflow, and maybe a yellowtail damsel? Or I could do a clown goby, a firtideflow, and maybe a hi fin red banded goby instead.

A clown goby and a firtideflow sounds alright to me, but I'm not sure about adding more like a yellowtail damsel or hi fin red banded goby, I'd stick with just those two.
