I picked one up and was curious if he's hard to find. Didn't realize he was rare at the time, just thought he looked awesome so I grabbed him.

I see them fairly often in my area. If you want more specific info on yours, try posting about it in the old world/African section, you might get some helpful responses.

i dont really mind either way, someone mentioned he's kinda rare, if i grow him and he turns out to be rare, i'll definitely keep him, but if not, i might consider letting him go

In the UK, you don't often come across them, but they're stunning fish, really beautiful to look at.
