Hey guys, I know this is going to be tough to visualize without pictures, but I'm at work now so I'll try to get some up later. This morning I was running late and my 30 gallon tank's lights flickered on - I've got 2 false perc. clowns in there, and one of them was acting weird. I took a closer look and saw this white, lumpy stuff on the live rock near the clown - it was about the size of a half dollar, with small lines going through it. I didn't have time to inspect it closely, but I'm wondering if it could be eggs. I know fertile eggs are supposed to be orange, but is it possible for them to be white? I've ruled out sponges or other stuff growing on the live rock since I inspect the tank every night and don't have much on there. Any ideas what this could be?

I think the eggs are orange or red when they're fertile, then turn grey if they don't make it - but I'm not totally sure. Would really help if you could get a pic up though, hard to say for sure without one.

After taking another look, I'm pretty sure it's not what I initially thought - it's just not eggs from my clowns. I'm still stumped, to be honest. Sorry for getting everyone's hopes up, but I'm still holding out that my pair will breed someday.
