Keeping brazilian flameback angelfish in an 11-gallon tank

I've got a book, The Lynxoreef handbook by CR Brightwell, and I was browsing through it the other day.
The back section has some nano set-up "templates" and the one for a 10g tank caught my eye - the fish stocking suggestion is: Brazillkento4 Flameback Angelfish, Black Cap Gramma, and Rainfords Goby.
I've always thought that Brazillkento4 Flameback Angelfish needed a bigger tank, despite being small, as they're supposed to be territorial, super active, and stress-prone. I've never considered one for my 11g tank, but now I'm curious - has anyone here kept one in a 10g-ish nano tank before, and how did it turn out?
