A hundred gallon tank

Hi..I was planning to set up a 300 gallon tank, but I had to take down some walls first. Well, that's a whole other story. Anyway, I'll be putting the tank in my closet, I have a big walk-in one.

I want to move my Oscar to this tank. Some other fish I'm thinking of getting are a Rope fish, Fire eel, and a few others.

I was wondering, can I keep a turtle with an Oscar? Or is that just a bad idea? My mom really wants me to add a turtle to the tank. I did keep some of my mom's baby turtles in my tank before, and it worked out okay. I also had NPs, and when they got too big, she set up a turtle pond for them. Maybe I just got lucky, or maybe turtles can be kept with fish.

Thanks for your help.

I think you might be hard to understand. Your writing is kinda confusing, like, when you say stuff it's all over the place.

I'd advise against mixing turtles and fish. For a tank of your size, I'd stick with the Oscar and maybe the Fire eel. Both can grow quite large and produce a lot of waste, so you'll need top-notch filtration and circulation. Keep in mind, Oscars are opportunistic eaters - if it fits in their mouth, it's fair game. Make sure any tankmates are big enough to hold their own.
