Who Gives A Fish Forums

Hey,
My lion fish has just stopped eating, which is weird 'cause it usually takes anything. It's been almost two weeks now, and I've tried everything - mussels, squid, fish, and even shrimp. It'll come up, sniff it, but just won't take it. Got any ideas what's going on?

Try live foods then, like river shrimp or similar.

"Has there been any changes to the water parameters or new additions that might be stressing him out? Lions can go on fasts, but I wouldn't recommend starving him out, that can be pretty harsh. What species is your lion fish and has your temperature risen with the warm weather - I know it can affect their appetite."
