Considering mbuna are pretty aggressive, I'm not sure if they'd be a good match for snails. Mbuna can be quite rough, so you'd need to think about the snails' safety.

It depends on the snail type, certain ones like Pond or Ramshorn snails might eat, but there are other species that could work well with mbuna.

I've had nerites and mystery snails with my mbuna, no issues so far.
