Why are my corals losing polyps?

Noticed my Zoanthids and Acros are losing polyps over the past week. Water params are good, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 5 nitrate, 8.2 pH, 1.025 salinity. Running a 75g with Radion XR15s, 10% weekly water changes. Any ideas what's messing with them?

That's weird, my tank's been chill but I've heard sudden light changes can stress them out. Did you tweak the Radions recently?

Could be a flow issue too. My Acros acted sketchy when my powerhead died last month. What's your current setup like?

Those numbers look solid, but how's your alkalinity? Swings there can nuke polyps faster than you'd think.

Seconding the alk check. Also, any new tankmates? My clownfish went rogue and nipped at my Zoas once.

Thanks for the tips. Alk's at 8 dKH, stable for months. No new fish, but I'll inspect for pests tonight.

Good call. A dip might cut it if you spot anything sus.

If it's not pests or params, maybe test for stray voltage. Had a heater leak current once that made everything sulk.

Yeah, my SPS hated when I switched pumps. They perked up after a week though.
