Converting a 5-foot tank to a fowlr setup, what are some good stocking ideas

ive recently started a small 2ft tank for coflakes and now im planning to set up my 5 footer as a fowlr tank, its a rio 400.
equipment wise, i have a v2 400 skimmer, but do i really need it if i'm only keeping fish and some inverts? also, a serifill 1300 external filter with lr rubble in, 300w heater, powerheads that give 103x turn over an hour, 120w of light (guess that's not too important), and a 400 or 600 uv unit.
current stock is:
- 4 inch maroon with yellow striped clown
- 3-4 inch yellow tang
- 1-2 inch common file fish
- 2 inch electric blue damsel
- 2 inch yellow damsel
- 12 inch engineer goby
- a few turbo
- about 20 algea hermits
thinking of adding a porky puffer, but would it eat the small fish and inverts? same question about a trigger fish. also considering a cleaner wrasse.
any thoughts or suggestions would be great, thanks.
