I'm curious to see what's going on with your acan. Would you be able to post a picture? I've had some experience with acan colonies myself and usually when they're not looking their best it's due to either too much water flow or not enough light. I was thinking of getting some live rock anyway, along with a few small coflakes, so what's considered a large amount for these fish?

small fish tank setup ideas for a 30 litre tank

I'm planning a square custom tank, thinking of going for saltwater so I can maybe grow some corals, but I'm unsure about the type of fish that'd be suitable in terms of size. Would appreciate some help with that.

I'll post updates with pics as I build this micro tank, so stay tuned.
