Agree with Florixio on flow. Mine hated high flow, closed up until I dialed it back. Also, what's your salinity? They're sensitive to swings.

Yep, that's normal. The white haze fades over time, but if it bugs you, try hiding it with coralline algae growth or positioning the frag where it's less visible.

Yo, just slap some epoxy on that bad boy and call it a day. Works every time, no cap. My Zoas stay put even with the wavemaker on full blast.


Epoxy can work, but it's messy and sometimes leaches chemicals. I prefer the two-part gel method: super glue first, then a dab of epoxy for extra hold ...

this is crazy - my relative family member put Xanax in my fish tank and now the little guy is totally different.
it was super shy and timid before, always hiding behind rocks, scared of me even.
but now it's like the opposite - super active, fearless, no hiding.
i just got the fish from the store ...

What is TBH, I've been racking my brain. My neon minnows chasing the daphnia alerted me to the presence of alien visitors in my tank. V. spiflakeis is native to my state, Western Washington, among other states. They're a refuge for endangered and other species.
