Thanks for the response, I've been doing some reading since my post yesterday.

I've had my 75 gallon tank set up for years with five adult discus. Recently, I noticed my two year old blue snake skin acting strangely - darting around the tank like crazy. At first, I didn't think much of it, but now I've seen he's got visible scrapes from crashing into things.
