Will Salvinia Minima take over my 20g tank like duckweed does?

If you're asking if Salvinia Minima will take over your 20g tank like duckweed, the answer is yes, but only if you let it get out of hand. Unlike duckweed, though, it's relatively easy to manage and remove excess growth. And if you ever decide you don't want it anymore, you can get rid of it completely without worrying about stray plants lingering behind. I've had experience with Salvinia Minima in the past, and now I have red root floater, which is similar. My approach with both plants is simple - when they start to overgrow, I just scoop out handfuls to keep them under control.

I was worried it'd clog the filter and completely take over the tank. Your answer put my mind at ease, thanks for the info.
