I move a lot of tiger lotus bulbs, hundreds a month to be exact.
My policy up until now has been to refund anyone who reaches out and says their bulb didn't sprout.
If you bought a bulb online and it didn't grow, would you expect your money back?

Honestly, I'd be pretty disappointed if it didn't sprout, but I'm the type who'd probably let it slide. I'd feel bad for the seller, and I'm too laid back to go through the hassle of a refund. So, in theory, I'd expect one, but I wouldn't actually ask for it.
Out of curiosity, do you have any specific guidelines for refunds? For example, if someone contacts you after just a week, do you tell them to wait a bit longer?
