I just pour it in the flow from the power head, seems to work fine for me. I'm not big on ferts either, but iron and potassium do make a noticeable difference in my experience.

They do flower underwater, and that's a giveaway they're in the Aroid family with that classic Calla lily look - you see it in Philodendrons and loads of other common plants. What appears as a single white bloom is actually hundreds of tiny flowers fused together. Take a closer look under a magnifying glass and you'll see what I mean. From the videos I've seen of wild Anubias, they seem to thrive on shady riverbanks, and they'll happily creep right underwater. But I still think pollination is only possible when they're growing on land - maybe flies do the trick. Then the seeds drop, and a new generation takes off.
