information on new blenny...

Just got a new blenny, can't for the life of me recall its name. Pure white with those lovely purplish dots on its Sprig...

Think I might've just figured out what it is - possibly a Six Spot Sleeper Goby, the Valenciennea sexguttata. Will try and get a photo up soon.

Are you kidding me, no pictures yet. How come we're missing that blow up smiley, it would've been perfect for this moment.

I think it's more likely a Chalk Goby, the Six Spot Sleeper Goby doesn't quite match the description of a pure white body with purplish dots.

I've got some pics of my new blenny now. I'm about 90% sure they're called chalk gobies at my LFS. Here they are...

That mouth would've had its benefits, I reckon. That's definitely a chalkie, by the way... that's what I've always known 'em as, anyway.

Lovely little fella. We recently added a pair to our tank, stunning fish - even if they've been busy rearranging the sand.
