I've been setting up my 45 gallon tank and I'm looking to stock up on some low-light plants. I've been thinking swords, crypts, anubias, maybe some simple stems, and a bunch of mosses. Does anyone know where I can find these for the best price? I'm planning on buying a lot, so I'm trying to stay within my budget of $50-$100.
Are there any websites I can check out? I've thought about Ebay and Aquabid, but I'm not sure if they're the best options. Any suggestions would be great.
Also, I'm not sure what to do about lighting. I'm looking for a low-light setup, and I was thinking about the Finnex Planted+, but I'm worried it might be too much. Can anyone recommend a good fixture for this type of setup?

I've had good luck finding a decent selection on Aquabid, might be worth checking out for some of the plants you're looking for.

I'm always having to give away loads of plants from my main tank, they just grow too quickly. I often offload them on Gumtree, but you can also find some great deals on eBay if you're willing to bid on auctions.

You can also try checking out Amazon. I mean, if you just type in "Live Aquarium Plants", you'll get a bunch of results - 115 to be exact. Not all of them are actually for aquariums, but a lot of them are. If you're looking for something specific, just type in the name of the plant you want, and there's a good chance someone on Amazon will have it for sale.
