I'm running it with two dwarf lion fish, a sailfin tang, a maroon clown, a pink cheeked watchman goby, a neon worm goby and a blue damsel. Also got 28kg of live rock, coflake and starfish and a picusion urchin. I'm wondering if I'm overstocked, might get an external filter later but for now, what's the verdict? All water stats are fine but I'm worried about it getting cramped in there.
Triggerfish aren't compatible with lionfish, they attack them by nipping at the spines, it's not a good mix.

I've got 28kg of live rock, coflake and starfish and a picusion urchin, so just wondering if I'm overstocked with my current fish, also thinking of adding an external filter later on, but is my tank gonna be cramped with the fish I've got, all my water stats are fine, just worried about the future

My mistake, I thought it was a FOWLR. In that case, scratch the Thalassoma idea.
