Heaters are heaters, right? Just get whatever's on sale. My Discus are fine with a no-name Amazon one. Temp's at 80F, and they eat like pigs.

Hard disagree. Discus need stability, and cheap heaters can cook your tank. Lost a whole group to a malfunction once. Worth investing in quality.
