Could be a combo of things. Light, ferts, and CO2. Even low tech plants benefit from a little CO2. Maybe try a liquid carbon like Excel?

I'd start with adjusting the light duration. Try 10 hours and see if that helps. If not, then look into upgrading the light or adding ferts.

Thanks for the advice, everyone. I'll try adjusting the light duration first and maybe add some root tabs. Appreciate the help!
