Fertilizer to pair with Seachem Flourish

I dunno much about this stuff, but my buddy uses Flourish Excel and his plants look great. Maybe try that?

Excel is more for algae control and carbon supplementation. It's not a replacement for proper fertilization. Stick with the macros and micros combo for best results.

Exactly. Excel can help, but it's not a fertilizer. If you're gonna spend money, get the right stuff. Your plants will thank you.

Also, don't forget to check your lighting. Even with perfect ferts, weak light will stunt growth. Fluval LED is decent, but how old is it? LEDs lose intensity over time.

Light's only about a year old, so it should be fine. Gonna grab some Flourish Nitrogen and root tabs this weekend. Appreciate all the advice, folks.
