Best water conditioner for Betta tanks

I've heard good things about Seachem Safe, the powdered version of Prime. It's more cost-effective if you've got multiple tanks. But for a single 5 gallon, Prime's probably easier.

My betta's been doing great with API Tap Water Conditioner. It's simple and gets the job done. No fancy extras, but it's reliable.

Just don't skip the conditioner, period. Saw a guy at the store say he just lets his water sit for a day. Nah, that's not gonna cut it.
