the issue here is a lack of info from your end, making it tough to pinpoint a specific cause - anything could've led to this problem.

Still need more info here. What's the tank size, and do you have any pics of the affected eye? What's been its diet lately? Was the issue gradual or did it just show up overnight?

Give it some nori with garlic, a healthy fluffnut can make all the difference for any fish.

idk what's goin on but every time my cleaner wrasse cleans it the next day there's huge spots all over its body, not just like normal white spots, these are massive

I'd take all the fish out - what's your stock, again - and give them a hyposalinity treatment in a quarantine tank, then leave the main tank empty for 6-8 weeks. If you don't have inverts, like live rock or corals, you might be able to do the treatment in the main tank, no quarantine needed.

i have 6 pink fire fish, 8 green chromis, 4 blue reef chromis, 2 yellow tangs, a coflake beauty, a red stripe angel, 3 clownfish, 2 regal tangs, a fox face, 2 emperor cardinals, a bi-colour angel, a gold rim tang, a flame angel fish, a royal gramma, an algae blenny, a bi-colour blenny, a blue spot watchman goby, a bowder blue, a clown tang, a rainford goby, a Green Mandarin, lanmarks angelfish, a wannabe angelfish, and 3 wreck fish - 1 male, 2 females, and a cleaning wrasse.

coflakes - 2 torch coflakes, 4 green hammer coflakes, xenia, 3 sponge coflakes, porties, breedaxilxy, 5 toad stools, devils finger, green star polyp, kenya tree, pulsing xenia, pompom xenia, plate coflake, 2 brain coflakes, 2 pussy coflakes, sun coflake lg, duncan coflake, catapiila, blue mushroom, blue and green stripe mushroom.

3 cleaner shrimps, 1 fire shrimp, 8 turbo snails, 4 hermit crabs, and 2 black long spick sea urchins.

and 224kg of live rock.

getting a bigger tank in 3 weeks.
