Honestly, 14 gallons is way too cramped for a pair of clown gobies. You'd need at least 30 gallons for them to thrive, or they'll turn on each other - they can get pretty aggressive towards their own kind.sweetie_22 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 25, 2025 3:28 am i'd be looking to get
1 small turbo clown
1 small clown goby
1 cardinal fish
1 shrimp, but i'm still deciding
it'll be in a 14 gallon tank
and it'll be a xenia-dominant tank, with xenia everywhere
is my stocking now sorted and okay?

ok
i really want that clown goby, think it would be great in my xenia tank with all the xenia.
the cuc sounds perfect to me, love the idea of
2x red legs
2x turbos
5x nass
2x cerith
and a cleaner shrimp, would be awesome, but i was also thinking of adding a fire fish, what do you think?

Apologies, sweetie, if I got it wrong about a pair of clown gobies - I thought their small size and love for one coral would make them fine in a 15-gallon tank. Guess I was wrong. I'm pretty sure it's the tank fouling from all they eat that's the issue. Someone with more knowledge on these cuties will chime in soon, I'm sure.
