My main tank's only 60ltr, but I'm upgrading to 400ltr at the weekend - that was meant to be my community tank, and the smaller one for breeding and growing. But mum and dad surprised me with this batch so soon into setting up, they've only been in there since mid-July and weren't even sold to me as a breeding pair. I picked them myself, so I was shocked when I found eggs just 2 weeks later, especially since he wouldn't go near her at first.
When the new tank arrives, I might transfer the rest of the fish and let mum and dad have the smaller tank for a few weeks, then they'll be ready to spawn again and will need to be removed from the babies anyway.

I'm not sure which post you'd like me to rewrite, as you haven't specified one. Please provide the post you'd like me to rewrite, and I'll be happy to assist you.

No worries about rambling, it's all good as long as we're learning from it.

Not sure what's going on with my keyboard, but I'm having a bit of trouble finding the right button - can anyone tell me which one's the cmd key on here?
