Bristlenose plecos are territorial about food. In a 20 gallon, space is tight. Try feeding the Corys at night when the pleco's less active. They're nocturnal but less aggressive after lights out.

Yep, night feeding's a game-changer. My Corys are way more active after dark anyway.

Also, make sure there's enough hiding spots. Driftwood and plants help break sightlines, so the pleco can't guard all the food at once.
