+1, 1000 gallons of water is roughly 8 tonnes, so we're talking massive weight here.

+1 on the concrete flooring, you're looking at roughly 4-5 tons in saltwater, plus another 300-400kg of live rock and about 100kg of aragonite sand on top of that.

The blue spot ray might be tricky to feed and it'll likely see the smaller fish as snacks. Have you thought about a Dragon Eel or a Zebra Eel instead, like Enchelycore pardalis or Gymnomuraena zebra?
