Hey all,
Got a bit of a concern with my tomato clownfish. It's always rubbing its tail on the sand at the bottom of the tank and making these huge holes. Is this normal behavior or is it marking its territory? The bloke at the shop where I got it said all the clowns in the shop do it, but it's a real pain to keep moving the sand back.
As you can see from the pic, the holes are pretty deep. Is there something I can get to stop this or is it just something clowns do? It's actually pretty funny, when I move the sand back, my clown gives me this p*** off look... lol. Would appreciate any info on this.
Cheers, Matt

No worries mate, completely normal behaviour for clownfish. Don't think you'll find anything to stop 'em doin it, just somethin they do. Cheers
