A bump on my betta

I'm getting a bit worried about my betta. He's got this bump on his top fin, but it's not white or anything, so I don't think it's Ick. He seems perfectly fine otherwise - still eating and swimming around like normal. My tank is cycled and all the water parameters are within normal range. Has anyone else ever seen this before? What could it be?

It's probably a bacterial or fungal infection, hard to say for sure, or maybe it's just a color issue. I've had good luck with Melafix for stuff like that, but I don't think it's safe for betta fish, right? Maybe try using the Betta Fix or something similar instead.

I'm pretty sure it's not bacterial. Need better pics to be certain, but it doesn't look like it to me.
