Can I keep anemones with corals?

I've got a 75-gallon mixed reef tank with some Zoanthids, Acans, and a few LPS. Thinking about adding a Bubble Tip Anemone but heard they can wander and sting stuff. Anyone got experience keeping them together?

Anemones can be risky with corals, especially if they decide to roam. I've seen Bubble Tips sting nearby LPS like Hammers and Torches. If you're set on it, make sure your rockwork is stable and they have a dedicated spot away from your prized pieces.

I've had a BTA in my 50-gallon for a year now. It's chill as long as it's got good light and flow. Just make sure your corals aren't too close, or they'll get zapped. Mine stays put near the top of the rockwork.

Smart move. It's better to wait than risk losing corals to a wandering nem.

If you ever do go for it, maybe try a smaller one first? Less chance of it bulldozing your whole setup.
