clowns fight tomatoe

hey everyone,

i've got a pair of tomato clowns that i picked up from my lfs - they were tankmates there for about a month before i brought one home for my anemone. he immediately took to it, and it's honestly adorable - he can't get enough of the thing. a week later, i grabbed the other tomato clown, but since then they just don't seem to get along. the new one's always hiding, and i'm thinking maybe i should've introduced them at the same time. should i return one to the lfs? it's been almost a month now, and the new one only comes out at night...

I had a similar issue with my Yellow Tail Damsels, they were like sworn enemies. Took the aggressive one back, don't know if you'll get a refund though.

If it's a month in and the new clown's still hiding, I'd take him back to the LFS.

should i take back the hiding one or the agro one thats bonded with my anemone, he only gets aggressive with the other tamatoe, its weird since they were tankmates at the lfs and i thought theyd get along

I think you should take the aggressive one back, he's the one causin the problem, the other one's just hidin, he's the victim here.
