Solid advice. Also, keep an eye on the temp, fluctuations can stress them out and make it worse.

I've found that keeping the water level lower and adding Indian almond leaves helps. The tannins seem to soothe them. Just a thought!

Swim bladder issues are often diet-related. Fast for 2-3 days, then feed sparingly. If it persists, consider internal parasites. A vet visit might be needed.

Agree with the fasting and daphnia. Also, make sure the tank isn't too deep. Bettas with swim bladder issues struggle in tall tanks. A shallow setup can help them recover faster.

Thanks for all the advice, everyone. Gonna try fasting first and then daphnia. Appreciate the help!
