My tank's similar, but I've got smaller fish. Can't even picture what it's like dealing with the big ones you've got.

my tank's a dead ringer for this one, same blue and yellow vibes even the small fish know the drill, they swim up for food and i can get them to take bits from my hand

They know feeding time like clockwork. If you hold the food just above the water long enough, they'll come out to take it from you, no hesitation.
