Have you added any new fish or decor recently? Sometimes a sudden change can throw everything off. Also, what's your water change routine? Consistency's key.

Second the root tabs. Swords are hungry beasts. I use Osmocote+ in gel caps, works like a charm.

Could be a nutrient imbalance. Have you tried a comprehensive fertilizer like Thrive? Sometimes macros and micros get out of whack, and plants just can't cope.

I'm kinda new to this, but my tank improved when I stopped messing with it so much. Maybe just let it chill for a week? Plants can bounce back if you give 'em time.
