I second this. Stability is key with Discus. Regular water changes and a good test kit are must-haves.

For a centerpiece, consider a pair of Severums. They're peaceful, grow large, and have great color. Pair them with some Silver Dollars for a South American theme. Just make sure the tank is well-planted to reduce aggression.

If you want something unique, try Geophagus. They're sand sifters and add a lot of activity to the tank. A group of 5-6 would work well in 200 gallons. Just keep the substrate fine and sandy.

Thanks for all the suggestions! Leaning towards Discus with some Tetras and Corys. Appreciate the help.
