Dealing with brown hair algae on live plants

I'm new to algae issues, but from my research, it doesn't seem like a crisis. Still, I'd appreciate some help getting rid of it.

I'd try increasing water changes gradually to see if that helps. For my own tanks, I change half or more of the water every week. I know that's more aggressive than most, but I've found it really helps keep the tank healthy and slows down algae growth by removing excess nutrients.
