I've found that feeding once every two days might not be enough for my betta. I know the common concern is overfeeding, but I've never had an issue with bloat. Underfeeding, on the other hand, can make him more susceptible to illness. I've been feeding my betta twice daily, breaking up the food into smaller portions rather than giving one large meal. This approach seems to work better for him, and I've noticed a positive impact on his overall health.

You can feed twice a day, but be careful not to overfeed. I feed once a day, except for the little ones.
