Thanks for the help, Colin. The shape was really confusing me, especially with my limited knowledge of Rifts. I was trying to match it to a sand sifter, but couldn't quite put my finger on it. Is this just a slender version of a Peacock cichlid, or is there something else going on?

It's indeed a skinny peacock cichlid, specifically an Aulonocara species. That head shape does look a bit off, likely due to inbreeding. The slender build could be a sign of intestinal worms.
