Yo, I've been rocking the Eheim Jager for years. It's solid, no weird vibe, and keeps my tank at 78°F like a champ. Only downside is it's a bit bulky, but worth it for the reliability.
I've heard the Jager is a tank, pun intended. How's the calibration on yours? Mine needed a slight tweak out of the box.

I'm still on the fence about the Hygger. Might just go with the Aqueon Pro based on fizzlebee's rec. The shatterproof thing is a big plus for me.
