My Discus and Rasboras are tight. I feed 'em a mix of flakes and live brine shrimp, and everyone's happy. Just keep the water pristine—Rasboras can't handle dirty tanks like Discus can.

I tried it once, but the Rasboras didn't last long. My Discus are in a 60-gallon with a sponge filter, and the Rasboras seemed stressed. Maybe my setup wasn't ideal, but I wouldn't risk it again.

I'd be careful. Rasboras are smaller and might get bullied if your Discus are territorial. Mine are in a 55-gallon, and the Rasboras sometimes get chased. Maybe start with a small group and see how they vibe?
Agreed. If your Discus are juveniles, they're less likely to bully. Adults can be more territorial, so monitor closely.

One more thing—Rasboras are schooling fish, so get at least six. They'll feel safer and act more naturally. My group of eight is always out and about, even with the Discus nearby.
