my zoas did this once, turned out the magnesium was low. fixed it with a water change and they chilled out.
Low mag is sneaky. Always worth a double-check.

And don't forget temp swings. Even a degree or two can stress them out. What's your heater situation?

If all else fails, try a dip. Sometimes it's just a random stress response, and they'll bounce back.
