disappointing experience with fish delivery

I walked into my house this morning and found a surprise - a box behind my trash can. My brother's been trying to get me an ansorgii bichir for a while now, but every site he's tried has been out of stock or just wouldn't work. He's attempted to order one three times last week, so I'm guessing this is the result of his persistence.

This little girl, Allie, has been sitting outside for two nights, but thankfully she seems to be doing okay so far. She's joining my Senegal, Ollie, and my Delhezi, Ellie, in the tank. Allie's pretty small, about 2" long. I'm a bit worried about introducing her to the others, especially since Ollie's definitely the boss. I had some trouble adding Ellie to the tank because of Ollie's dominant personality, so we'll see how this new addition goes.

I hope Allie pulls through, that's quite a rough start for her. I'm a bit surprised the courier didn't notify you that the package was left behind the trash can - don't they usually send a heads up when they're about to deliver?

I've ordered from them before, they've always been good, so I'm guessing something weird happened on their end. Their site said the order never went through, but I never got an email or anything to confirm. Kinda weird, I'm hoping the other two orders that errored don't show up now.
