Can someone identify this fish

I stopped by my LFS today and they had this juvenile "unicorn tang" for sale. It was supposed to look like that as a juvi, or so they claimed. To me, it looked more like a Blue Spot Vlamingii Tang, blue spots and all - the lips were blue too.

Honestly, I think they're on the money, it does look like a young Naso vlamingii - the unicorn tang - and as you mentioned, it's got those distinctive blue lips and spots.

Another possibility is Naso lopezi, which doesn't develop much of a horn as it matures.
