Just thought I'd show them off, they're wild caught from the Higga Reef, apparently they're pretty rare. I've been told they're beautiful fish that have only recently been discovered, so I'm quite stoked to have them. Would love to hear your thoughts.

The female was holding when I got her, so fingers crossed I might have some F1 fry soon.

They're gorgeous, I'm really jealous - wish I could have some of my own.

Considering adding more to my 55g mbuna tank, it's currently home to 4 fish - Ol' Blue the Ps. Socolofi, Ps. Acei with the striking yellow tail, an unidentified one, and a red jewel. Space-wise, do I have room to add more?

They're really enjoyable to keep, honestly, I've had them for a bit now and they're just great additions to my tank.

Your female looks a lot like my mystery fish - any idea what it is? I've got a pic here, check it out: http/i362.photobucket.com/albums/oo65/sainzja3/DSCN3569.jpg

My Ol' Blue's the queen of my tank, she's the only one allowed to reach that 7-inch mark, and she knows it.

Your fish seem to resemble a pseudotropheus hybrid, but I'm having trouble pinpointing the exact type. What was the label on them when you bought them, and how much did you end up paying? Also, where did you pick them up from?

I picked it up from my local fish store and they labeled it as a Saulosi, but to be honest, I'm pretty sure it's not one now.
