Just got my first batch of eggs from my Bolivian rams in a month and I'm pretty stoked. They vanished a couple days ago, but I just found the wrigglers today. I know the survival rate might not be great, but I'm looking for ways to maximize it without removing any fish.
Would raising infusoria and spot feeding or baby brine shrimp be the way to go? I'd appreciate any advice on this.

I think newly hatched brine shrimp would be the way to go for feeding the babies. If you're feeding the rest of the tank 3-5 times a day, they'll be too full to bother the little ones. Just keep in mind, with more frequent feedings, you'll want to do more water changes to keep the tank clean and compensate for the extra waste.
